Functionality
Seamless integration - An integrated CRM allows the customer service rep or sales person to quickly select an account and see everything associated to that customer. What did they buy? When did they buy it? How much did they buy it for? Who did they talk to?
Single point of navigation - When the goal is to do business now, you don't want to be opening another screen or waiting for another program to load. From the customer service screen, any other BuroWare screen is just a click or two away.
Conversation logs - The phone conversation logs are a searchable database of conversations, dates, times, and topics discussed with each customer for incoming and outgoing calls.
Correspondence management - Communication with customers can include phone calls, letters, faxes, emails, orders, and more. The BuroWare correspondence screen allows you to attach these communications with customers to account specific folders for later review.
